**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing four key mailboxes: Onboarding, Project Start, Purchase Orders and Invoice Issues. The incumbent collaborates with both internal and external customers throughout the entire onboarding process, from initiating new customer relationships and setting up projects, to managing purchase order receipts, entries, and resolving invoice disputes. The Onboarding Specialist ensures smooth transitions between onboarding phases and provides ongoing support, including assistance with audits. The incumbent is pivotal in delivering seamless customer experiences and maintaining accurate account setup and documentation.
