Job Summary
Hirexe is hiring an Onboarding & Success Specialist to own success across two equally important areas: employee performance and client outcomes. You’ll be the “glue” that keeps accounts healthy, employees supported, and opportunities for growth identified early - balancing high-touch client engagement with hands‑on day‑to‑day workforce management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, solving operational problems quickly, and turning real on‑the‑ground insight into retention and expansion.
