Primary Purpose of the Job
Reviewing patient booking lists and confirming treatment on hand for compounding
Receiving & monitoring stock received against booking lists
Escalating any short supplies, damages, or discrepancies
Compounding chemotherapy and supporting
Return of unused or canceled treatment for credit purposes within SLA expectations
Adhering to requirements according to the returns Policy
Monitoring, selecting, and charging of consumables used per patient
Working according to GPP and Medipost standards
Adhering to OHS requirements and yearly medical surveillance requirements
Adhering to ISO standards for auditing purposes
Chemo-specific compounding guidelines ad hoc for the pharmacist with relevant SOP/Policy
Assisting with clinical trial processes as prescribed by the clinical trial leader within reasonable limits
Available for overtime and emergencies as requested, with relevant remuneration
