Position Overview:

The Oncology Pharmacist will ensure safe, optimal and efficacious drug therapy for patients, as you review, process and monitor physician orders and patient medication profiles. As an active member of the health care team, the Oncology Pharmacist is responsible for contacting other health care professionals as appropriate, performing duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the hospital’s mission and values.
