The Online Data Analyst contributes to the success of the business by providing timely and accurate reports and insights for the decision making of key stakeholders on the direction of the Online products.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, extract, analyze, and present insights to relevant stakeholders of the My Home Credit mobile app and website
• Perform deep-dive product analytics, understanding the user journey and lifecycle, on a wide-range of exciting Home Credit products available in the mobile app such as gadget loans, cash loans, credit card, Smile Rewards, games, etc.
• Support the Campaign Specialists in the extraction and targeting of customers, plus, creation of relevant post-campaign analysis
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, ETL Developers, and Data Engineers to explore and bring data for monitoring and analysis to the team
