Job Description

• Plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, RTB)
• Manage paid media strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve performance
• Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives and messaging
