Position Overview

Manage daily operations of online stores (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) 
Handle customer inquiries via platform chat and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner 
Process and confirm customer orders_ 
Pack and prepare parcels for dispatch 
Deliver outgoing parcels to courier office using own transport
