This position plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and cost control of a large-scale civil construction project. This position is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling all project costs directly at the job site, while ensuring accurate vendor invoice processing, customer billing, and budget compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
