LEVEL FIELD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a competent Technical Controller (TC) or Approved Person (AP) to oversee BCA registrations and ensure compliance for complex on-site works in Singapore.

The role requires proven TC/AP experience and deep knowledge of building regulations. You will manage on-site engineering activities, review engineering drawings and BIM models, coordinate with QPs, clients, and authorities, and lead testing, defects rectification, and hand-over to achieve statutory
