Based in Māngere, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day management of two Build‑to‑Rent apartment complexes, overseeing both tenancy and building management functions. This autonomous role offers the opportunity to manage a modern residential community, ensuring smooth operations, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and maintaining the properties to the highest standard.
