Position Description: QPS Employment Group is hiring an Onsite Recruiter in Milwaukee, WI. We are looking for a passionate individual who is motivated, goal-driven, committed to hard work, and can embrace change. This position is responsible for keeping QPS Associate Employees active and engaged throughout their first week of training and employment to ensure established goals are met and QPS turnover expectations are satisfied. Through early intervention and appropriate support, they are devoted to helping QPS Associate Employees stay motivated while working in temporary employment and focused on their efforts to retain permanent employment with the client. This is a permanent full-time, internal opportunity with QPS.
