You’re an experienced Onsite 2nd Line Support Engineer residing in the UK. You’ve been in this type of role or perhaps a field engineer role previously, providing deskside/drop-in/onsite support. You have developed strong analytical and technical skills in dynamic business environments. This means working with latest technologies and supporting users with your high-level customer support skills, is something you enjoy. In this role you will gain relevant qualifications and accreditations to further develop your skills (And we’re happy to be able to provide this for you).
The budgeted base salary for this role is between £34,000 – £40,000.
