POSITION PURPOSE

• Support all Retail Education projects
• Deliver all Retail trainings
• Ensure strong onboarding of all new joiners
• Strong focus on omnichannel and client experience
• Support creation of training material for key retail animations (Ramadan & Festive)
• Support development of each retail employees career & development path
• Strong collaboration with key business partners and strategic implementation and delivery of the different projects

This role will be based at Sephora University Dubai. The role will require to do store visit 50 of time) and to travel to OGCC countries (Qatar Kuwait Oman & Bahrain) visit UAE flagships on weekly basis and countries on a quarterly basis or if business requires it.
