*The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) is seeking a qualified maintenance professional to join the HVAC Ship in the Department of Operations & Maintenance.*The position will be filled at the level of Maintenance Aide I, Maintenance Aide II, or Maintenance Mechanic, based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. The incumbent of this position will support the HVAC shop in performing preventive maintenance and other duties across campus.
