Job Description

We are seeking an early-career Open-Source Compliance Engineer to support Lenovo’s global development teams in managing and ensuring compliance of open-source software used across multiple firmware and software projects. This role requires strong communication skills to collaborate with worldwide teams—including Development TPMs, Software Engineers, and Product Assurance groups—along with foundational technical knowledge of software development processes.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of open-source methodologies, awareness of common OSS licenses, and familiarity with firmware/software development concepts. Full English fluency is required due to daily global interactions.
