+ In-depth OpenText backend server installation and patching

+ Administrator for OpenText xECM.

+ Advanced proficiency in Content Server, Archive Center, and xECM for SAP environments.

+ Professional background with livereports, webreports, workflows, and Records Management.

+ Competency in Oracle SQL alongside OpenText Schema.

+ L2 Support

+ Assisting end users & developing KEDB documentation

+ Solving application issues

+ System Monitoring

+ Managing Incident Resolution

+ Executing Service Request fulfillment

+ Bash shell scripting
