Position Overview

                Key Responsibilities:     

   Leads implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems across multiple locations.   

   Delegates tasks for investigating and resolving patient/family concerns.   

   Facilitates collaboration with physicians, providers, and teams for optimal, safe patient care.   

   Monitors resource needs, manages equipment, supplies, medications, and ensures safe environments.   

   Maintains clinical expertise, provides supervision, and performs clinical duties as required.   

   Collaborates with Nursing Clinical Practice for compliance with Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and regulations.   

   Creates developmental opportunities, builds relationships, and coaches for performance improvement.   

   Oversees tactical action items, ensures policy compliance, and aligns with business strategies.
