About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant – Air Freight Import to join our team at KLIA. The successful candidate will support daily air import operations, customs documentation, shipment coordination, and customer service activities to ensure smooth and timely cargo movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily air freight import operations and customs-related documentation.
• Coordinate import shipments with Operations, Warehouse, Land Transport, and Customs departments.
• Liaise with overseas offices, vendors, suppliers, and contractors regarding shipment arrangements.
• Monitor and manage import processes to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Update shipment milestones and mandatory events (ARR, NFD, DRB, CCD...
