Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
  • Recruiting, training and supervising security officers
  • Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team
  • Attend regular meetings with clients
  • Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms
  • Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position with proven experience as an OE
  • Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses
  • Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment
