Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to manage and optimize the company’s processes. 
Ensure that products or services meet quality standards. This may involve setting quality criteria, monitoring outputs, and conducting audits. 
Manage resources efficiently to meet production targets, including manpower, materials, and time management. 
Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock to meet demand without excess waste, liaising with suppliers and managing procurement processes. 
Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities with various departments and external vendors to guarantee timely delivery of products or services. 
Manage a team, scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and conducting performance evaluations.
