Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Oversee daily operation and activity for Dishwashing/cleaning department 
Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects 
Liase with HR Department for manpower planning and if required conduct interview 
Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPIs 
Act as a communication conduct between management and staff 
Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees 
Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction 
Any other duties assigned by directors 
 Requirements  Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily 
Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays 
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience 
Excellent interpersonal skills
