Position Overview

            Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of production, processing, warehouse, and logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. 
Plan and coordinate manpower, operational schedules, and resources to meet operational targets. 
Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control. 
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company operational procedures. 
Supervise and lead operational staff, including training, performance monitoring, and team development. 
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to support operational requirements and service delivery. 
Manage inventory control, material handling, and equipment utilization within the facility.
