The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, product quality, food safety compliance, cost control, and on-time delivery. This role leads cross-functional teams including Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality Assurance (QA/QC), Planning, and Logistics to achieve operational excellence while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets, output, and efficiency are achieved.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and improve productivity.
• Optimize manpower allocation and production scheduling.
• Minimize downtime and production losses.

Quality & Food Safety
