Position Overview

Responsibilities




  • To handle operations of full port agency including documentation, port formalities, reports and arrangements as per instruction from principals

  • To co-ordinate parties concerned for schedule of vessels

  • To manage and arrange assignments and requirements from principals on timely basis

  • Boarding cargo ships at terminal and anchorage is required



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Experience in shipping agency is an advantage

  • Strong sense of responsibility is a must

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills including with foreigners

  • Good command in English and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Candidates with no experience can be considered as application to Operation Trainee
