Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and quality assurance (QA).
• Manage and coordinate the four (4) direct reports.
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and Halal compliance across all operations.
• Work closely with the Franchising VP to support franchisees, including supply, marketing collaterals, and QA standards.
• Report directly to the CEO/President on operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in related roles.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Full-time employment eligibility.
