Our client is currently seeking an operational accountant.
Operate independently as a self‑starter, requiring minimal supervision or management oversight.Manage and maintain supplier setup and update requests related to project initiatives such as Early Pay Discount and Virtual Card programs.Monitor Ariba Buying & Invoicing supplier mismatch reports, researching and resolving discrepancies resulting from Ariba–PeopleSoft migration and ongoing integration.Serve as a subject‑matter resource by answering procedural questions for peers, managers, and internal stakeholders, and by troubleshooting complex or escalated issues from both internal business groups and external suppliers.Independently prioritize and resolve escalations while identifying and reporting system defects and recommending process and system enhancements.Assess operational risks, document procedures, and develop training requirem...
