JOB TITLE:

Operations Compliance Specialist

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To ensure operational and transactional compliance by conducting detailed checks across the full order-to-pay lifecycle. This includes verifying that Estimates have been correctly converted to Orders and ensuring alignment. The role also involves the timely and accurate review of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to verify delivery fulfilment and documentation integrity.
