Position:  Manager/ Sr.Manager (Operational Excellence-Injectable )

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with organizational goals for injectables.

  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to optimize processes.

• Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve yield.

  • Standardize best practices across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.

• Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to cGMP, FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory requirements.
