The Operational Excellence Manager will be a company leader who encourages a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The operational excellence manager has two main responsibilities: working directly with project teams to listen, identify, and then lead opportunities for improvement, and secondly, working with our knowledge management and design management team to collect, document, and share company best practices and standards.
