As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
β’ Drive regional Operational Excellence strategy aligned with OE 2.0 initiatives.
β’ Establish and monitor productivity benchmarks and KPIs across JKM hotels.
β’ Ensure weekly LMS reporting discipline and data accuracy.
β’ Analyze labor productivity trends and provide actionable insights.
β’ Collaborate with hotel leadership to improve rostering discipline and labor alignment.
β’ Lead and support Time & Motion studies across properties.
β’ Train OE Champions and hotel teams on OE tools and methodologies.
β’ Identify and share best practices across hotels.
β’ Support change management and continuous improvement culture.
