The Operational Improvement Senior Technical Analyst supports Service Operations performance by converting field execution insight, SAP process knowledge, and operational data into repeatable improvements that reduce avoidable cost, improve data quality, strengthen billing and order-to-cash controls, and increase leadership visibility across the outage lifecycle.

The position partners with Field Service, Project Management, Tooling, Supply Chain, and Analytics to convert real world execution challenges into standardized, repeatable cost reduction solutions across the outage lifecycle.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ Identify structural drivers of outage cost, cost variability, billing delays, revenue leakage, and recurring execution inefficiencies across planning, execution, and closeout.
