The Narngulu depot is seeking qualified Operational Maintainers (Level 3 or above) to join our Narngulu depot as part of our continued growth and internal progression strategy.

These positions have become available as the Narngulu depot actively develops and progresses Locomotive Drivers from within its Operational Maintainer pool.

Rate of pay

• Current Level 3 rate: $47.92 per hour (shift worker)
• Next EA increase (Feb 2027): ~$50.00 per hour
• 10‑hour shifts provide strong daily earnings and lifestyle balance
  (All rates in accordance with the EA; OT and penalties apply where relevant.)
