Operational Manager

Contracta-Force Corporate Solutions (Pty) is seeking an Operational Manager for an outstanding company in Atlantis (Western Cape).

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Co-ordinate and oversee operations.
2. Formulate strategies to improve performance.
3. Procure material and resources, ensuring compliance.
4. Increase customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
5. Mentor team members.
6. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
7. Manage budgets and forecasts.
8. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
9. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. A chemistry background is an added advantage.

Package & Remuneration

R30,000 Negotiable.
