Requirements

• Experience with OTC desks and trading platforms
• Understanding of AML/KYC/KYB/KYT
• Understanding of the regulatory environment
• Experience working with external partners (liquidity providers, FX/crypto brokers, OTC providers)
• Strong analytical and management skills
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong sales-oriented background

Responsibilities

• Align and coordinate with teams
• Monitor the execution of business tasks assigned to the teams
• Analyze performance indicators and prepare reports
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new solutions in the OTC market
