Description

The Manager of Operational Risk Management (ORM) would support ORM program elements for several Enterprise Service functions. Finance, HR, and Legal areas for ORM.. In supporting the ORM oversight function, business lines supported include: Finance, HR, and Legal and possibly other Business Services functions. This role assists in ensuring that the business First Line of Defense function appropriately manages the risks relative to the units’ business activities. This may include all aspects of material risk related to how the business develops, launches, sells and processes products and services. The role helps to establish and maintain strong relationships across lines of defense to ensure all aspects of the Operational Risk Management framework are delivered according to policy and business strategy.
