Job Details

• Role: Process & Operational Excellence Specialist
• Employment Type: 1 Year & Extendable Contract, outsourced
• Work Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice

Required Experience

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in process improvement, CX / journey optimization or operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Operations Research or a related field; equivalent areas with suitable experience considered.
• Previous experience as a Process Re-Engineering Management Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience in CX / customer journey optimization and process re‑engineering, including journey mapping, value stream mapping and process analysis.
