Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Operational Support Specialist for a remote opportunity supporting complex customer inquiries requiring a high level of professionalism, empathy, and analytical thinking. In this position, you will serve as an escalation point for customer inquiries received through warm transfers from the call center team. You will provide personalized support, review medical and legal documentation, investigate cases using internal systems, and ensure all interactions are accurately documented.
