Position Overview

Introduction

We are looking to employ an Operations Administrator at our Port Elizabeth branch.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Capturing of waybills, completing manifests, generating driver trip-sheets and other similar administrative roles.
  • Willing to work after hours.
  • Scanning of PODs.
  • Following up with drivers on deliveries.
  • Dealing with client queries.
  • Monitoring and capturing staff overtime and leave administration.
  • Petty Cash Reconciliation.

Standard working hours are 8am – 5pm; however, after hours work will be required.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum of a matric certificate.
  • Break Bulk Logistics industry experience will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • Must be willing to work long hours and on some weekends if needed.
