Document and map current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes
Support and execute communication plans across projects

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Contribute to feasibility studies from both technological and organisational perspectives
Compile and produce accurate reports using data from various sources
Manage and prioritise short-term work schedules for team delivery
