Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume transactions (enrollments, billing, settlements, exceptions)
• Maintain and analyze large datasets; ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Lead data clean-up and resolve operational discrepancies
• Produce reporting and deliver actionable insights to support decisions
• Support system troubleshooting and drive process improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

Must Haves

• 5 years in an operations/data analysis within high-volume environments
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation)
• Strong Power BI / Power Query reporting and dashboarding experience
