Job Summary:
This role is a strategic and hands-on leader for local site-level employee engagement and return-to-office (RTO) success.
Partnering closely with the Executive Site Lead and Local Site Committee, the Operations Analyst builds and executes a clear plan to increase on-site engagement, strengthen community and culture, and achieve measurable RTO and participation targets.
You will translate strategy into action setting goals and KPIs, running communications and programming, managing budgets and vendors, and using data to continuously improve outcomes.
