About the Role To ensure the smooth onboarding and agency movement process for AIA sales channels, conducting and reviewing agents’ fit and proper assessment.
Responsibilities - Ensure smooth onboarding of new agents from due diligence to eventual onboarding.
- Stay updated on regulations and documentation for onboarding of representatives and fit and proper guidelines.
- Lead onboarding sessions to track and push for applications in pipelines.
- Follow up promptly with pipeline applications.
- Timely creation and filing of agency and agent codes and onboarding documents.
- Support consolidation of agents’ statistics (demographics, adverse).
- Monitor agents with adverse records or under monitoring.
- Support processing of agents’ movements.
- Prepare payment files related to onboarding and representatives.
