Directs and coordinates all support functions (operations) to attain overall company objectives for each ready-mix concrete project.
Report monthly on each project's accomplishments, milestones, challenges, and opportunities specific to the area, along with corrective and preventive actions taken to mitigate company effects, and project performance regarding ESH, QA/QC, commercial and personnel issues.
