Description
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team immediately. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to interview and start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
+ Handle customer service issues
+ Process customer orders
+ Update and maintain data entry records
+ Complete daily operational tasks
+ Support office operations as needed
Requirements
+ 2+ years of office experience
+ Strong communication skills
+ High attention to detail
+ Strong computer skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
