Our client is a well-established, privately owned commercial property company with a portfolio of office buildings across Central London and the South‑East. They are seeking a proactive and personable Operations Assistant to support their Asset Management team and help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of their London office portfolio.

Based primarily at a managed office building in W1, this Operations Assistant role combines front‑of‑house duties, tenant engagement, office management and property support. The successful Operations Assistant will also have the opportunity to visit properties across the London portfolio, making this a varied and hands‑on position.

This role would suit an organised and professional Operations Assistant who enjoys building relationships, maintaining high standards and taking ownership of a diverse workload. Previous property experience is not essential, as full support and training will be provided.
