We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Victor team. This role can be based in our Bristol, Cambridge, London, Witham, or Leeds office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Victor Insurance operates as a Managing General Agency offering a wide range of property, liability, motor and specialty insurance products in the UK.
Within this dynamic Operations team, you will work closely with business leaders, underwriting owners and the wider business to carry out a range of operational activities supporting Victor UK. You will support project teams, assist with data analysis, manage overdue payments, provide frontline broker and internal staff support, prepare reports, test system updates, and help with claims data. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
