Our client is experiencing continued growth and increasing operational demand and is now looking to recruit an Operations Assistant to join their established team based in Spalding. The successful candidate will help ensure operational processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard, while supporting customer requirements and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
