Role Description

The Operations Associate is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Islamabad, responsible for supporting day‑to‑day property and office operations. This role includes coordinating bookings, handling guest check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Operations Associate will coordinate with teams across multiple Roomy properties, assist with vendor, inventory and maintenance coordination, track operational performance and prepare reports, and resolve issues quickly and proactively.
