Pogun is building the credit rail for Bitcoin. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive generalist to work directly with the founder and help make sure everything actually gets done. You'll help manage priorities, projects, partnerships, travel, meetings and the business development pipeline. You'll also experiment with AI tools, build agents and automate repetitive work so a small team can operate like a much larger one.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, priorities, deadlines and follow-ups
• Track action items and ensure commitments are completed
• Manage the CRM and support the investor, partner and customer pipeline
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, notes and documents
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, conferences and logistics
