In this role, you will work directly with a U.S. based client, supporting day-to-day operations across finance, client service, and internal teams. You'll manage receivable accounts tasks such as invoicing and following up on outstanding payments, while maintaining accurate records and organization across processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for client communication, coordinate service calls, and help ensure a seamless client experience. Additionally, you'll support sales and leadership with administrative tasks, assist with onboarding new clients, provide light technical troubleshooting, and contribute to recruiting, training, and marketing efforts as needed.
